The prophets and apostles of Jesus Christ's church are on the earth again today. They reveal to us the counsel and guidance that the Lord gives us to help us return to Him. There are many "storms" in the world today and the Lord has given us counsel from His prophets to help us sail safely through the storms, if we but listen. The ten topics that I have chosen to seek counsel from the prophets are: 

Family

Atonement 

Agency

Pornography

Marriage

Service

Tithing

Prayer

Priesthood 

and

Temple

My prayer is that by studying what prophets have said on these subjects my testimony will grow and I will be more capable of enduring the storms of life. I have a testimony that any who study these words will gain a testimony of these things and how following counsel from the Lord's prophets will bless them. My blog's title, Come Listen to a Prophet's Voice, was chosen from the LDS Hymnals. "Come listen to a prophet's voice, And hear the word of God, And in the way of truth rejoice, And sing for joy aloud. We've found the way the prophets went Who lived in days of yore. Another prophet now is sent This knowledge to restore." I know that the prophets of God have been restored upon the earth today and that they are bringing the knowledge of the gospel of Jesus Christ to all those who diligently seek it out.
